Most of our couriers will collect from your home or place of work; others will collect from collection points in any of countless stores nationwide.
You can usually specify what you would like to happen to your parcel in the event that the recipient is not there to receive it at the specified delivery time. Please contact us if you have any questions about this or difficulties in making arrangements that are convenient to you. You can also usually request a signature on delivery if necessary.
All of our couriers require that you print out and attach the address and postage label (which we will provide to you when you place your order) to your parcel. Some couriers have different weight restrictions for the parcels that they will carry, whilst others may be restricted in territory (United States Postal Service, for instance, will only deliver to addresses within the US). For these reasons, when you type in the details of the delivery you require you may be given the option of choosing from only some of our couriers.
